Testimonials
Found this location when I unexpectedly got a job offer to move to the area. It is a nice location in the heart of Downtown. The staff is very friendly. Always enjoy stopping by the office and talking to the front desk staff. The maintenance man- -is awesome. Very friendly and responsive. The staff works really hard to make everyone feel welcome by hosting events, like spaghetti dinners, ice-cream socials, and events- you can take part in as much or as little as you want.

"Living in a fully furnished apartment with no extra electricity or water bill was a great experience. The apartment had everything I needed, from a comfortable bed to a fully equipped kitchen. It was convenient not having to worry about purchasing and moving furniture or appliances. The best part of the experience was not having to worry about additional utility bills. As a student, it was a relief to not have to keep track of my electricity and water usage.

Overall, it is a good place to live. For the price range and the area, you get more than what you pay for. Gym is probably the best, considering this. Being slightly off downtown makes it significantly safer with all the perks at walking distance.

Just moved in, the move was easy and I love my apartment~ plenty of closet space, came with lots of furniture, drawers, couch, bed, TV. Everyone has been nice and helpful. A bit of disrepair through the YMCA entrance which makes sense since it's closed. My cat is starting to warm up to it already :D
